Aisha M. Babilonia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Habakkuk's Vision Charitable Ministries. Habakkuk's Vision was founded in 2018, with a mission to impact and support formerly incarcerated individuals and families in overcoming the trials associated with incarceration along with providing a place of refuge and support for victims of Domestic Violence. One of the Founders goals, when forming HBBKV, was to serve in love without exploitation while providing support to those transitioning back into society after years of confinement. Specifically, seeking to address the vicious cycles of homelessness, poverty, and abuse that are pervasive.
Aisha was inspired to form Habakkuk’s Vision Charitable Ministries from her lived experience of being a survivor of Domestic Violence and being impacted by the carceral system by spending 5 years in confinement. A first-hand witness of the scarcity of resources, barriers, biases, discrimination & post incarceration trauma, is what has confirmed her role in the space and has made her an advisor to re-entry and correctional institutions. Under the leadership of Ms. Babilonia, HBBKV has become one of the 1st Afro-Latina, Justice impacted led organizations to form a partnership with the NJ Department of Corrections under the NJLEAD initiative.
Aisha currently serves as the ESSEX COUNTY STREET OUTREACH COMMITTEE CHAIR and is a Board of Director’s member for the African University of Creative Arts in the United Kingdom. She works closely with local & national, not for profits health care agencies that aid HIV/AIDS, Homeless, and substance abuse clients. As a former Registered Nurse for the State of New York, she has used her clinical and social background to create policies and procedures, risk assessments and identify gaps in care, for health care agencies that serve the community. This expertise, solid reputation for having a heart to serve the disenfranchised and underserved, has allowed Aisha to remain gainfully as an Senior Director of Special Projects & Risk Manager for a Federally Qualified Health Center in NYC. Aisha has a strong expertise in Health Care Compliance, Risk Management and Community Health Care. Skills that are strongly needed when addressing social determinants of health for those re-entering.
In addition, Aisha is a published author of spiritual prayer and meditation devotionals. Her most recent publication, "Start the day with God," has been lauded by many as an inspirational guide for the formerly incarcerated, helping many to maintain their faith and rebuild their lives.
Aisha holds Bachelors' degrees in both Business Management/ Economics and Nursing. She is a proud graduate of SUNY Empire State University and Rutgers University/UMDNJ School of Nursing. Aisha is also a beloved Auntie and like a mother to many. Aisha enjoys Bible Study every Saturday with her intercessory prayer group, traveling, spending time with her nieces and nephews, & reconstructing homes in her spare time.

Ms. Mitchell is responsible for overseeing financial operations which include finance reporting, budgets, tracking operational metrics, mergers, acquisitions, grant portfolios and investor relations. She is also very active in reporting to the Board of Directors, public and community members.
Ms. Mitchell brings to the foundation over a decade of expertise in the finance industry working with public, private and non-profit entities. She has become a powerhouse in leading finance teams to achieve compliance throughout various operating scales and complexities.
Her accounting skills coupled with client engaged are all what has attributed to her growth while working at large scale financial institutions including TD Bank. Ms. Mitchell has also held Consultant leadership roles that has aided in the establishment for various small businesses in NYC and provides guidance overseas to natives of her birth country Trinidad & Tobago.
She has aided these small businesses in setting budgets, expenses reporting, compiling profit and losses statements, projection of cash flows and the creation of Fiscal Policy and Procedures. Ms. Mitchell is also an active mentor, activist and participates on diversity councils and outreach initiatives with local organizations.
Ms. Mitchell, holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and currently Licensed with the NJ Board of realtors. She has two boys and resides in the State of New Jersey.
Adisa Yamusah, began her career working with Habakkuks Vision as a consultant since its birth in 2018. She later accepted an offer as the Chief Operating Officer in late 2019 and has been a stellar contributor to its operational growth. Ms. Yamusah is key in overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives.
Adisa is a skilled professional with 7 years of operational experience in the non-profit sector and has successfully led major organizational projects for several top companies. Currently, she works as a Senior Consultant for CaptureRx, a San-Antonio based healthcare technology company, and has led the company’s efforts to expand its organizational reach, and execute, monitor, and close special projects.
Before joining CaptureRx, Adisa served as the Senior Director of Operations for the New-York based non-profit, Harlem United, where she set strategic goals for the organization, planned and monitored day-to-day business activities, supervised staff from different departments, and provided strategic direction on areas for growth and improvement. She previously worked for Panasonic Corporation of North America and New York University.
Adisa's leadership experience in the non-profit sector—coupled with her background in project management and strategic development—uniquely qualifies her to lead Make-A-Play's Executive Board. Since serving in this role, she has: revamped the organization's internal management structure, liaised with the Executive Director to set goals and deadlines, reviewed and adjusted the organization's operational budget(s), and evaluated overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
She received her Bachelors of Science from New York University (NYU) and later, her Master's Degree in Social Work from NYU's Silver School of Social Work.

Jiton comes with years of expertise in the area of housing acquisition and financing for both residential and commercial properties. She has been a leader in the Real Estate industry but has also accomplished milestones as an Retail Entrepreneur. In 2011, she launched Je'taime Shoes, an exquisite and unique boutique that resonates her own personal style and grace through catalogs of clothing, shoes and accessories. Her business expanded in 2013 with the opening of her 2nd Je'taime Shoes in Westfield Mall, one of the largest retail malls in the country.
Apart from these entrepreneurial & business accolades, Jiton is an agent for social change and a silent philanthropist. Jiton frequently donates over 200 pairs of shoes and dresses yearly to young women during prom season and throughout the year. Her volunteer works expands throughout boroughs including headlining various community outreach projects on a local, state and national level.
Her work has sounded off so loudly that in 2019 she received an award from the Brooklyn Borough President for her outstanding work and commitment in the community. Jiton's dedication to the mission of Habakkuk's Vision has been a true gift.
Jiton is a graduate from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and holds a Bachelor of Science. She is also a licensed realtor and business owner. Jiton has been recognized as one of the youngest females to have purchased and formerly owned her own Remax franchise in 2005. She is a devoted mother, daughter and friend. She enjoys dancing, socializing and helping others reach their goals towards homeownership.

Under the leadership of Ms. Babilonia, HBBKV has integrated strategies enhancing the quality of services and coordination for the consumers we serve, while leading case managers to modify initiatives for better outcomes. She is the primary point of contact for resolving issues and complex cases, coordination of partnerships by way of MOU's of referral agreeements.
The ideal leader has a solid understanding of social services, coordination of care, community partnership and the importance of connecting the dots for a successful reentry.
Anabel also comes with over 10 years in public and private procurement. Which helps in the acquisition of reources for consumer needs. She has created solid vendor relationships on a foundation of trust and reliability.
While aiding in the mission of Habakkuk's Vision, Anabel also plays a role as our Customer Experience and Client Relations Expert, as she has acquired this trait from being a committed & successful business owner of Ava & Amber's Nail Boutique. She has served on the front lines for years and knows what the clients needs are and leads her team in its prioritization
Anabel is a graduate of Western Governors University, with an Associates Degree in Business Management and Marketing. She serves on the Board of "NOBODY BRAND" clothing distributors, as a Treasurer. Anabel is avid on giving back to her community. She conducts free seminars on small business ownership and resource acquisition once a month in Brooklyn, NY, New Jersey & Manhattan.

Ms. Herrera, works with all departmental heads during all phases of audit cycles and manages any potential risks or breaches that can harm the organization and the consumers served.
Ms. Herrera serves also servces as a subject matter expect & advocate in property acquisition & discrimiation by combating issues such as housing discrimination and ensuring residents being housed are receiving provisional services and programs within the scope of our mission.
Ayaitzy’s comes with years of Housing Compliance, Property & Project management expertise but what stands out the most is her education in the field of Psychology and Forensic Law. This combined knowledge has given her a track record of building strong legal and community ties as well as initiative programs that aids in the societal growth and development of the underserved population, specifically formerly incarcerated women.
Her most recent projects have included working with communities in the areas of rental assistance, rental rehabilitation, housing rehabilitation, homeless prevention and community development.
Ayaitzy, is a US NAVY Veteran, holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Forensic Law from Barry University and is currently pursuing her MBA in Public Relations & Marketing. She is also a licensed Realtor.

Nathiefa’s previous role with Volunteers of America as a Job Developer, entailed assisting individuals in transitioning from shelter/housing units to their own housing, while teaching them the necessary skills sets to becoming gainfully employed and reaching various lifetime goals.
Her most recent collaboration is with the Federal Bureau of Commerce as a Partner ship Specialist where she works directly with elected officials, community leaders and state, local and tribal governments about the importance of the Census within the community. Her background will help disseminate Habakkuk’s vision.
Nathiefa holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management & Economics from Empire State University, A Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from Drexel University and a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University.
